Terms of Service for Elegance Recovery and Wellness Center Welcome to the website of Elegance Recovery and Wellness Center. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our services. **Acceptance of Terms** By utilizing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms and any associated policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site. **Use of Our Services** Elegance Recovery and Wellness Center provides post-operative recovery services designed to support individuals in their healing journey following surgical procedures. Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms outlined herein. **Privacy Policy** Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in this policy. **Intellectual Property** All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Elegance Recovery and Wellness Center or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

II. Surgical Timing & Delay Policy

  - Scheduled Service Window: Services are based on the Surgery & Recovery Time Block selected at booking.
  - Commencement of Time: The time block begins at the communicated surgery start time and covers the surgical duration, hospital recovery, and initial intake/transport.
  - Overtime & Delay Rates: Any time required beyond the selected window is billed at an hourly rate of $150. Delay fees are calculated in 30-minute increments ($75.00) and will be automatically charged to the card on file.

 Financial Terms & Cancellation Policy Booking & Payments: Service is confirmed only upon payment of the non-refundable fee. All balances must be paid in full twenty-one (21) days prior to the first date of service. Electronic transactions incur a 7.5% merchant processing fee.
  - Cancellations & Reschedules: Written notice is required 21 days prior to check-in or service date to receive a credit voucher valid for one year. A 25% rescheduling fee applies to non-medical changes. This fee is waived for medical cancellations, which remain eligible for rescheduling for up to one year. All monies are forfeited for early departures. Incidental Charges & Card on File  - Card on File Requirement: All clients must maintain a valid credit card on file for additional hourly fees, surgical delays, and incurred expenses. All service terms and conditions are reviewed, acknowledged & confirmed once the non-refundable deposit,  service fee or charge has been paid through use of our website. Balances must be paid in full 21 days prior to the first date of service.  No refunds on any deposits or scheduled services.  All monies are forfeited for unused services or stays. 
  - Incurred Fees: Clients are responsible for all costs incurred during recovery, including prescriptions, groceries, medical supplies, and facility incidentalsUnauthorized use of any materials on this site is strictly prohibited. **Modification of Terms** We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any modifications. **Limitation of Liability** Elegance Recovery and Wellness Center shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access the site. 
GUEST ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (Transportation):  

I hereby assume all risk and personal injury, sickness, death, damage, and expenses as a result of participation in transportation activities involved with Elegance Recovery House. Further, authorization and permission are hereby given to Elegance Recovery House to furnish any necessary transportation, and I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Elegance Recovery House and all of its owners, agents, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates for any liability sustained by transportation services provided by Elegance Recovery House as a result of the negligent, Willful or intentional acts of Elegance Recovery House including expenses incurred attendant thereto and hereby give permission to hospitalize and hereby authorize medical treatment, including but not limited to emergency surgery or medical treatment and assume the responsibility of all medical bills if any. I understand that this is a legally binding release and consent. I have carefully read this Release of Liability and Consent for Transportation and Medical Treatment policy, outlined here and fully understand its contents. Being aware of said contents, I sign of my own free will. I understand that whenever I, am transported, that I hereby release and hold Elegance Recovery House and all of its owners, agents, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any and all loss, liability, damage, death, cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements and costs of investigation), judgment, charge, fine, interest, penalty or assessment resulting from, arising out of, or relating to, any act, omission or state of facts and any demand, action, suit, proceeding, claim, assessment, judgment or settlement or compromise, whether known or unknown, of any kind whatsoever that I, a family member or a friend, may sustain in connection with the services provided to me by Elegance Recovery House or any of the foregoing.
